David Wagner

Hello Bigger Pockets Community! My name is David Wagner and I am new to real estate and am looking to expand my knowledge base and purchase additional properties. I am a part time real estate professional with Realty One Group SouthWest. Any tips, suggestions, and words of encouragement are welcome. I am purchased my first property November 2017 in Murrieta, CA in the Arroyo Vista Community. It is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome with garage. This is not a positive cash flow property but purchased to build equity. I have a full time job with the County of San Diego. I am looking for additional real estate opportunities such as foreclosure or flip and reinvest. I'm an active listener of the BP podcasts and am looking to learn and gain insight to purchase another property.
