Hey, I'm Dax. I'm 19 and just starting my real estate investing journey. I'm here to learn from people who've actually done this, ask a lot of questions, and figure out the best way to get into my first deal. Outside of investing I own Atkins Pavement Solutions. We do sealcoating, asphalt paving, crackfilling, and linestriping. I started young and built it from the ground up, which taught me a lot about reading numbers, managing a crew, and thinking long term. I'm hoping a lot of that carries over into real estate. If you're an investor with parking lots, commercial properties, or multifamily sites that need paving or maintenance work, I'd love to connect. Happy to help however I can. But honestly I'm mostly here to learn, meet people, and hopefully find a mentor or two who don't mind an ambitious 19 year old asking a lot of questions. I'm based in Fort Smith, AR.
