I've been in the real estate market, specifically multifamily expense mgmt, since 2010. I oversee the expense management and vacant cost recovery teams within Conservice, LLC (a nationwide billing and expense mgmt company). Additionally, I manage the sustainability support efforts for our clients, Energy Analytics, Benchmark reporting, government-mandated reporting to EnergyStar Portfolio Manager and coordination of outside counsel for Conservice. I have a Bachelors Degree from Utah State University in Economics.
