Andrew Moreno

Father, Active Duty Military, Engineer, and a new member to real estate investing. I started looking into real estate about a year and a half ago. I have 1 door and I am really interested in learning more and owning more properties. I am attracted to buy and hold properties as well as flips in my part time. The topics, podcast, and websites, and books keep bringing me back and I am tired of sitting on the bench and ready to put name out there. The people are great, the atmosphere is great and I have never been more focused. Look forward to meeting a lot of people on here!
