I am a financial analyst, escrow operations project manager, and investment accountant with 4 years of professional experience. I bought a condo in 2014 because it made fiscal sense. In Denver, it makes WAY more sense to own rather than rent. The difference is about $700/month for me if I were to rent a property of the same type in the area of downtown I live in. I'm looking to gain as much experience flipping property and cashflowing rental properties as I can. I want to help with flips, learn the business, and use OPM to start making real money for investors and myself. I have all the drive, now I just need to build up confidence in myself and with potential investors.
