Derek Clifford

My wife and I currently own 12 rental units and live in the Brentwood in Northern California. We are currently working on expanding our multifamily portfolio and are focused on educating others about the benefits of investing in real estate. I have written and published a book entitled "Part-time Real Estate Investing for Full-time Professionals." I work a full-time job at a large utility company as a Project Manager while investing out-of-state.
