Experience: I'm fairly new, not too many deals done, but that's changing! Completed a few wholesale deals, but starting on my fix & flip business now. I hope to find an awesome multiplex to house hack and start my rental portfolio as well. Real Estate Goals: - Complete at least 2 deals a month, whether it's a rehab or wholesale deal - Build a portfolio of 20 long-term rentals units by Jan 2017 - Expand my network so that I can meet and exceed my current goals and grow my business - Retire from 9-5 lifestyle by 30 (only 2 more years!)
