Dean DellaVecchia

When I met my wife she was house hacking a two family, and I had my little 900 sf ranch house. We rented the two family and lived in the little house. This was our first real estate investment together. We sold the two family, and used the profit to open a spa. 15 years later, the spa is still going strong, and we are starting our real estate investment journey again. We have started with a purchase and gut job remodel of a cape style home, and are excited to find the next! I am a band director, that also loves construction. I like to get in and do as much of the renovation as I can...reno is therapeutic for me for sure! I am a licensed contractor, and a very active music teacher. Band directing has been a very rewarding career for 19 years, and I plan to continue teaching music and marching for years to come!
