My husband and I own a contracting company and are in the process of getting into real estate investing - multipule areas, we are looking to learn as much as we can, learn and build a professional ethical team ,spreading out in our hometown area and moving across the country. we have a full service construction company and can easily help other fixing slippers or rehabbers, and are easily able to fix and flip for our selves as well. it's the funding that we need for the business end of it; advertising etc as well as the backing and the help to get the first few deals done as we build our teams with professional ethical people.
