David DeFazio

I am currently a student at The Ohio State University studying business and real estate. I am the President of the real estate organization at The Fisher College of Business and have been studying real estate and entrepreneurship in school to be able to build a real estate portfolio and be an entrepreneur. I'm looking for some advice in getting started in the Columbus, OH area. I am a very driven, motivated person and have high expectations and goals for myself in my career. I want to own 25M in real estate by the time I'm 45 years old. I am trying to connect with anyone in the Columbus area and around the country for opportunities!
