Dellener Crayton

A newbie to real estate I have an interest in flipping properties in the Tri state area NJ, PA, DE. Over the years I have been dragging my feet due to not having confidence in myself to move forward, but I am here once again ready to put my best foot forward in REI. My goal is to purchase 3-5 properties in my first year if that's feasible for beginners! I'm currently looking forward to networking with like minded professionals far and between my journey is very fresh I'm in the midst of scouting potentials to add on my team. If anyone have leads to finding a trusted real estate agent/broker and Contractor I thank you in advance.
