My husband and I started our investment portfolio in 2004 when we just got married. We learned to be successful from a variety teachers, including our own mistakes. Real estate investing is our passion. It helps us to grow a healthy passive income stream allowing us to have a choice of doing what we want and real estate investing is one of the things we enjoy doing. Our conversation about this subject with family, friends or a person who shows their interest is always so enthusiastic and fun. Helping others to achieve their goals is another passion that we have. We do what we know best, therefore, our focus is solely on multifamily and co-living investment types. I am currently licensed real estate broker with Baird & Warner in Chicago area.
