For over 20 years, my active involvement in the real estate sector has extended across both Miami and Latin America, where I've participated as an investor, advisor, asset manager, and licensed real estate professional in the US and Argentina. Currently, as I develop my real estate practice with Dezer Platinum Realty, my primary focus revolves around investment properties. In this capacity, I guide both institutional and individual investors in the acquisition, financing, and management of income-producing properties. This includes executing the acquisition and disposition of multifamily, hospitality, retail buildings, and development sites, and applying specialized knowledge to source assets related to investor visas (EB-5, E-2). Leveraging my extensive experience, diverse background, and expansive network, I am well-equipped to deliver expert real estate advisory and brokerage services. Operating from Miami and dedicated to serving the distinctive landscape of South Florida, my approach is both comprehensive and strategic, tailored to meet the unique needs of my clients. I'm also a licensed attorney, experienced in cross-border transactions and capital markets, and a licensed real estate broker in my native Argentina.
