Deni Hurd

I live in Orlando, Florida and I am close to my Daughter, my Brothers, Nieces and Nephews. I love real estate.....I don't mean the "serve donuts and show houses on the weekend kind"...not that anything is wrong with that! I have a close friend that makes great money doing just that but it's not for me...I would get bored. I read, listen, watch everything I can get my hands on and the one place where I excel above and beyond is...doing research. I find things on the internet that no one finds....It has helped me with my success. I have had another successful career prior to real estate and it took me 8 years to figure out I was a victim of domestic violence and it was worse than I thought. Living in a constant state of fear isn't really being alive and severe depression is living in a body that fights to survive with a mind that wants to die. Somehow, in-between, I was able to work at a great job until I married my husband and he made me quit. Somehow, I was able to get my real estate license in 5 different states. When someone you hardly know comes along and truly wants to help for no other reason than just that....to help....and it changes your world completely. The world looks different, smells are different...strong...music sounds incredible! You remember again what it feels like to be happy and you feel special because you know that it's a great big world and it's filled with awesome people! I started back in Real Estate in May of 2018. It's been wonderful and also learning how to run a business. My Wonder Woman deep down likes me and I know that I have a great thing going on. I will also pick up the phone and call anyone....so, I am direct to sellers and investors for Brick & Mortar. If you're ever headed this way......shoot me a text! 407-777-6401. The more, the merrier!
