Denise Nickels

For 35 years, I managed products and programs: keeping budgets on track, schedules on time, and a lot of moving parts pointed the same direction. Then a reduction in force handed me something unexpected: a fresh start. Outside of work, I’m an avid equestrian, and competitive riding taught me things no corner office could: how to conquer fear, stay patient, build trust, and keep going after a setback. Add a long-running HGTV habit, and a new idea took shape. I’m beginning my property management journey with a 127-year-old Chicago two-flat, in a great neighborhood.
