About myself
Planning on retiring from an engineering position in about 2.5 years. Want to explore the possibility of picking up a couple of good quality single family houses in good local neighborhood(s) I have experience and enjoy even large remodeling projects. Should be able to maintain properties myself for some time. Looking for ideas here and to learn from others experience.
