Dennis Piramo

Hi, My name is Dennis Piramo and I live in Huntington Beach, CA. I am a special education teacher, a former Athletic Director, and wrestling coach at a local high school. I have 3 daughters; one is 12, and my twin girls are 10. My goal is to invest in real estate. One way I want to do this is to buy and hold rental properties; preferably with multi-unit apartments. Living in Orange County, CA, the market is very expensive so I am exploring out of state markets. I want to start in Erie, Pa because I wrestled in college at Gannon University and the market there is very inexpensive to get started. However, I am open to any deal that makes sense.
