I'm a slightly new Real Estate Investor. I have been in and out of real estate investing for the past 15 years. I bought my first foreclosure when I was 21 years old and House hacked my way to living for free in my own house! Before I even knew what House Hacking was! Then Life happened and I pursued my career, got married and motorcycle racing for many years. Once I got past that phase of my life, I began to put my head down and save to invest in real estate again. I currently have 8 rental properties and I'm looking to acquire 2 more in the next 12 months, with a goal of having 10 Fannie / Freddie backed 30 year fixed loans, since that's the max number you can have at the moment.
