About myself
I am a licensed general contractor/developer who has been investing in real estate since 2002. I act as GC and GP/KP partner on larger (100+ unit) BTR projects. I also do smaller (10-50 unit) BTR projects with private lending partners/investors. Get in touch with me, I would love to get to know you and add you to my investor/partner list for upcoming projects.
