Derek Fultz

New to Real Estate from a world of college, debt and a lot of customer service work (Rich Dad Poor Dad changed my life!!! Thanks Mom!). Educating myself by focusing on multifamily rental properties (BRRRR strategy specifically). Taking action with wholesaling to start, but ultimately I want to own rental properties as soon as the opportunity arises. Looking to pick brains and learn all I can as I dive head first into real estate and find financial independence/freedom! If you’re in the Greater Nashville, TN area, I would love to meet and chat in person!
