Derek Gutekunst

Hello all! My name is Derek Gutekunst. I started becoming interested in real estate investing a little over 5 years ago. My father and I attended a few of those big events and mentor programs and purchased two of them. Looking back it could be considered good and bad we joined them. Good because it gave us a lot of tools to success in this business and find financial freedom. Bad because we expected it to be a piece of cake after that and after many failed attempts, we ended up stopping for a long time. So I am joining here, networking in my neck of the words, and doing everything possible to get my ducks in a row and start on the path to success. Can't wait to see all the discussions and forums and to talk with all of you! Derek Gutekunst Marder Properties Dsgwg21@ gmail..com 267-240-8427
