Derek Kennedy

I am a young real estate developer building new, custom, high-end homes in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Our team is young and motivated, and we seek to be the best high-end, custom builder in the area over the next 5 years. When not growing the business, I love mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking, traveling, and most importantly, soaking up any and all information I can about real estate investing! My dream is to own a large portfolio of multi-family properties so someday I can give back ten-fold to social entrepreneurial projects, to philanthropic ventures, and to making this world a better place. I can't wait to invest in my first income-producing property!
