I work in the Pharmaceutical industry full-time and have been a landlord for about 6 years. I own a couple of rental units and am interested in finding an apartment building in NJ with a longer-term plan of purchasing others potentially outside of NJ. We had come close to purchasing a 6 unit building about 3 years ago, but it was literally quarantined the day before our walk-through which spooked me a bit. However, I've not lost my interest although I am cognizant of my lack of experience in buying buildings vs. single units.
