Hello BP, I am new to the Real Estate world but it is all I can think about now after having an epiphany that investing in real estate beats the stock market many times over, as well as, my best chance at financial freedom and early retirement for my wife and I. I just need an initial successful deal to get her to buy in. -Manufacturing Engineer by day. -Looking to Buy and Hold, then invest in Notes (first NPNs and maybe 2nd NPNs). -Interested in partnering and JVing in order to better learn the business.
