I started my affair with real estate, right out of college, with the purchase of a 2 family house in the middle of the housing bubble, in 2006. I went from a new grad to a landlord overnight. Fun times and many adventures in between. Fast forward many years later and I founded a company Akoben Capital, with a focus on multifamily/apartment investing.
