I'm relatively new to the REI scene, looking to make my first deal in early 2020. My interests are with single-family buy and hold opportunities, as well as building partnerships for creative financing and off-market deals. As a US Air Force veteran, brand director for a large franchise company, and MBA in brand and marketing strategy, I come to the table with a lot of common sense decision-making, a strategic mindset, and systematic focus.
