About myself
Hello All, I purchased a duplex in Desoto, TX in 2015 using an FHA loan and DPA through the My First Texas Homebuyer program. I was able to sell that property in August 2021 for double the purchase price! I am now looking to the repeat the same process with another 1-4 multifamily property and also venture out into flipping properties.
