Derrick Lin

Hi! I'm Derrick, a 27 year old from Los Angeles currently living and working full-time in San Francisco as a technical project manager. Over the past 7 years, I've built up a good amount of cash from saving and investing in the stock market and was looking to transition into real estate, which is how I discovered BiggerPockets. Now I spend most of my free time devouring as much information as I can through the BiggerPockets podcast, forum and recommended books. I'm totally new to this and plan to spend some time educating myself first but I've never been more excited and I look forward to engaging as an active member of the BiggerPockets community!
