About myself
Newbie investor from LA who is in love with Real Estate. I've been listening to BP Podcasts and reading Real Estate investing books since 2020 (still eagerly learning). I currently own a single family rental in Phoenix, AZ that I am transitioning into a mid-term, as well as a duplex in St. Louis, MO that is my long-term. Looking to LEARN from and partner with like minded investors who love Real Estate.
