Rental Property Investor
I purchased my first Rental Property late 2018, since then I have purchased 5 additional properties. I am trying to grow faster since I receive solid returns but I've run into a road block with Big Bank Lenders in regards to DTI. Looking for opportunities to fund future properties. I am great at finding them, just not funding them.
