Deryk Harper

Joined a firm as an agent in August 2001. Got my broker's license in 2005. Met my wife, and best buyer's agent, and proposed to her in 2004. Married later that year and bought a home together. We joined Keller Williams Realty North Atlanta a couple years later. Had a few rental properties of our own to manage. When the market turned we started leasing out properties that would not sell in order to keep our clients from losing their homes to foreclosure/short-sale etc. Fast forward to today and I own my own brokerage, Key Locations Property Management, and manage about 100 doors. We both still work sales through Keller Williams as well. Long term goals are to turnkey our property management business and extract ourselves from the day to day operations.
