Hello! I'm a Pro member and I started by rental property journey in 2018. I turned a former residence into a rental. It has been a great learning experience. My primary interest is in buy and hold investing. I've loved the BP podcasts and enjoyed listening to Brandon Turner's audio book: The Book on Rental Property Investing.
