Deurward Clark

I've been involved in wholesaling about 6 months, I haven't done my first deal yet, I am a little frustrated but I understand it can take a little time to get first deal. I was a manager for 20 years for a retail store that went bankrupt this year and is now out of business. So now I have all my time to focus on wholesaling, I really would like to do at least 5 to 10 deals this year. It just seem like the first is the hardest to get. I am a gospel musician, husband and father of 3 boys.
