About myself
Veteran and full-time police officer in the DC area. Have had a long distance rental in the past that I sold after a bad tenant experience. Along with 2 partners, just starting into real estate again. We are getting our first property as a STR in a heavy outdoors/hunting/fishing area. Second property will be a house hack duplex with one of the partners living in it. Using VA loan 0% down on the duplex and 30% down on the STR. Just looking for advice, experience, and any knowledge of real estate as an income producing investment.
