I am here to learn more about investing in single family house rentals and multi family properties. Experience: No real estate investing experience. Real Estate Goals: Wanting to purchase my first rental property in 2023. Possibly more if possible just trying to figure out which route to take. Currently Seeking: Guidance and information about where and how I should start to reach my first goal which is purchasing my first rental property.
