I am going to own multiple single family homes as well as a few multi family complexes. Then start a business to run them all as well as others investments. I’m studying accounting with a minor in business law. I like to do my research before I dive into most things but I also know you just have to learn a little as you go. I’m crazy excited about learning information and even more so about learning from people all over. If you are in the Atlanta, Woodstock, Kennesaw and Canton area (that’s all in Georgia) I would live to hear from you. Any info on how you have done it from any part of the process is beneficial.
