About myself
32 years old, living in Buda, extremely interested in helping investors find good deals on buy and hold properties. Since, Austin isn't necessarily ideal for flipping homes, at least in a reasonable amount of time. Also, extremely interested in starting and building my own investment portfolio. Also, last but not least, I honestly enjoy crunching numbers and seeing if certain properties would be a good cashflow opportunity.
