Devin Jorstad

Hi, I’m Devin Jorstad and I am an RF Engineer in the Denver area in the Aerospace industry. I invest out of state, mainly in the St. Louis area. I currently have 5 long term rental properties and am continually looking to grow! I love investing in the Midwest, mainly due to affordability and cash flow. Also, I predict the Midwest will eventually see strong growth as people continue to move to more affordable areas. Feel free to reach out if you want to connect and chat real estate or even pick each others brains on where you see the market going!
