About myself
Hello, My name is DeVonn and I am from north east Ohio. i currently have two properties one rental and my current resident. My first home is now my rental, my wife and I bought it conventionally. Our second home was bought on foreclosure which is now our current home. I would like to create a portfolio of rental units to create a steady income. I do have interest in flipping a house once in a while.
