De Washington

Young professional in the Washington DMV market with little experience looking to get to meet experienced professionals to help me get to the next level. I Own a SFH for over 5 years now and property management for DC property. I have studied the market for years and gained alot of knowledge but haven’t applied much besides to my two properties. My stagnate position has been because I wanted to meet more professional with much valuable experience and also build a team. The meetups i have attended in the past have been oversaturated with "guru's" who want you to buy there "step program" or seminars where there is an entrance fee just to get minimal information and to persuade you to "join their program." I have finally made the decision that I need to continue with my passion and would love to connect with local DMV individuals who are like minded and are interested in maybe doing joint deals in the future if feasible.
