I am a licensed Minnesota General Contractor / Realtor that helps me oversee all levels of rehab all the way threw selling on the retail market. There is something about taking something that is broken and making it work that I love. I see that as I help people who own an unwanted property that they are in a bind and need to sell, I am able to help guide them through some pitfalls towards selling their property. That same problem solving skills has allowed me to take a house that is in terrible shape and see the beauty within it, and expose that hidden charm though rehabbing the property. I have a personal belief that treating people with respect, honor and sharing thoughts. In the end, good things come out of it. Experience: Over 27 years of rental ownership. Real Estate Goals: Build a portfolio of at least 40 rental buildings to live off of the cash flow by 2025. Opportunity to have freedom in life to do what I want when I want. Rehab at least 5 houses per year every year with profits of $20K or more each. find 10 motivated sellers, purchase to rehab or flip contract for profit each year.
