Hi, I'm Dhruba — a real estate investor with a background in engineering, data analysis, and system optimization. I'm currently focused on building a portfolio of high-performing short-term rental (STR) properties across California. I’m based in the Bay Area and actively researching high-yield markets like Bakersfield, Escondido, Wrightwood, and Redding, where smart investing can still yield great cash flow and ROI. I’m looking to connect with STR-friendly real estate agents and brokers, property managers with Airbnb/VRBO experience, and Local vendors: handymen, cleaners, staging teams.
