Diana Lin

Diana is a Partner at Navi Ventures, where she is focused on acquisitions and asset management of multi-family value-add opportunities and ground-up developments in the Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico markets. She is an active operator and General Partner of 4 multi-family properties, one of which is a 150-unit ground-up multi-family development in New Mexico, and an experienced passive investor in multiple deals. Diana got her start in real estate by first passively investing in multi-family and acquiring some single-family rentals while still keeping her full-time job. After a couple of years of investing, a handful of her passive deals sold with 2X equity multiplier. Diana experienced the proof of concept of using real estate as a tool for wealth creation and saw it as a pathway to financial freedom. In 2021, Diana launched her company and became a full-time real estate investor and operator. She is committed to educating others of the benefits of real estate investing to her community. Before real estate investing, Diana was a practicing architect with over 10 years of experience designing large scale award-winning commercial buildings like hotels, offices, and multi-family in New York, Texas, and China.
