After 34 years in the Health Club Business, I sold all my club's assets and closed all locations to pursue a different kind of residual income through the thing I love, real estate. I'm passionate about everything real estate, with exception to managing long term rentals. I most enjoy taking a house that has long since seen its better days, and re-creating it into the most beautiful expression of what it can be from both a physical and financial perspective. I believe the joy one can experience when they walk into and occupy a beautiful space influences their psyche, thoughts, emotions, actions, and results. When surrounded by beauty, no matter what our vocation, we are more likely to create a more beautiful world. I'm excited to become a part of the Bigger Pockets Community.
