DienstNet LLC is my newly formed company to operate the community redevelopment (flipping) business under. I am a product engineer experienced in embedded software and electronics. Experience: I purchased my first home (primary residence) as a 203K deal financing the house and rehab. I found a contractor that was willing to subcontract the job back to me and I rehabilitated the house to the banks satisfaction on time and on budget. I have had this house for ten years and there was a point where it flooded three times in two years and each time I rehabbed the house on time to the banks satisfaction and before the next flood. I also own a positive cash flow investment property that has since tripled in value. Prior to buying real estate I would study real estate investing and took a real estate appraisal class in college. Real Estate Goals: Professionally, I would like to start slow by carefully looking for the right deals and initially flip about two houses a year.
