Experience: I am an experienced wholesaler in the NJ/PA/NY markets and have closed many virtual wholesale transactions in markets all over the country. I started with REO and HUD properties so I have plenty of experience in those areas as well. Real Estate Goals: My main goal is to close on bigger multi-family units. I am interested in multi-family 4 units and up. Mainly apartment complexes. Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking new investors to partner up with on deals.
