Dillon Bell

I was raised the son of a General Contractor. I started building/rehabbing homes around the age of 8 with my dad. After college, we started a construction company together and built several new homes while also flipping a few properties with our own cash. Wanting to be part of a bigger production, I joined my childhood buddy, James Paine, at West Realty Advisors. The company already had nearly 1,000 deals under its belt and was ready for continued growth. My knowledge of construction allowed us to ramp up our fix and flip model. In the last two years, we've flipped just over 100 homes. We also own a large portfolio of SFR rentals in South Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
