About myself
Currently in the process of starting a college ministry at Indiana University (The Salt Company) but love real estate. Have bought and sold one rental in the past. Currently house-hacking my basement for $400/month and looking for my first deal since moving to Indiana! I have the hustle and a list of ~30 solid, young professional-type tenants—just need to find the property/financing to make something work. Former real estate agent in Iowa and excited to continue investing in real estate as a side hustle/hobby. Former student-athlete (400m hurdles) at Iowa State University.
