My focus has been targeted at multifamily apartment complexes where my partners and I spot potential to increase value through rent increases, expense reductions, and more efficient property management. Once the value-add opportunities are put in place, we look to perform cash-out refinances to repeat the process. Essentially, we aim to BRRRR apartments and thoroughly enjoy it!
