I’m 25 years old I work 40+ hours a week in the restaurant industry. This past year I just achieved my first big goal and bought my first investment property, it’s a duplex that I am currently house hacking and am planning on seeing if I can use the BRRR strategy and pull out some cash for the next one. My main goal is to expand my Realestate investing knowledge and my circle of people in the industry.
